The Charlotte Area

The Charlotte Metropolitan Area is home to The University of North Carolina- Charlotte. The Charlotte Metro area is the largest in the Carolinas with about 1.5 million residents.   It is located just North of the North Carolina/ South Carolina border, at the heart of the two states.
